APPALLING SERVICE

I ordered and paid for 2 ext books on the 3/2/2023. The order still states as pending on the website despite my email query. Today I've tried to get hold of them telephonically to no avail....no one answers, then you are told that all the agents are busy and to leave a detailed message and they will get back to you....BUT THE MAILBOX IS UNAVAILABLE. I then tried to request a refund so that I can order the books from another supplier. This is also not possible as the website has some sort of runtime error.
