Appalled by Van Schaik lack of service

The worst experience from the online store. Ndivhaleni was notably uninterested in giving me even the most mediocre service. I had to instruct him on how to do his job. Communication on a zero. As a result I have not received my books even though I offered to physically pick them up myself though I had paid for delivery because he insisted he would get my books to me in time but could not bother to follow up with the courier claiming that they are an independent party. Crazy because Van Schaik has my money and I have no relation to THEIR courier of choice.
