A disappointment Experience

I regret to say that my experience with Van Schaik Bookstore has been thoroughly disappointing. Despite my initial hopes for a reliable source of academic materials, my encounter with this establishment has left much to be desired.

Two weeks ago, I placed an order for a textbook parcel with Van Schaik, eagerly anticipating its timely delivery. However, what ensued was a series of errors and mishaps that have left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.

Firstly, upon receiving a package yesterday, I discovered to my dismay that it was not my order. Not only was it incorrect, but it also lacked the crucial Pascal textbook that I had been eagerly awaiting. This oversight is unforgivable, especially considering the impact it has on my academic pursuits.

Furthermore, my attempts to rectify this situation by contacting Van Schaik's customer service have been met with silence. Despite repeated calls and emails, I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or assistance.

In light of these shortcomings, I cannot in good conscience recommend Van Schaik Bookstore (Braamfortein) to anyone. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. As a result of this dismal experience, I will be seeking alternative sources for my academic materials in the future.

Overall, my experience with Van Schaik Bookstore has been nothing short of a disappointment. Buyer beware.
