A bunch of asshats

I ordered and paid for an eBook in July and 2 days later they couldn't supply me with a redeeming code and stated that I will receive a refund. Four months later, I am having a back and forth argument with customer support because they are too lazy or stupid (I'm leaning towards the latter) to comprehend anything, even if I explain as if they were to a child. It's R800 down the drain, so be warned and find an alternative supplier.
