Disappointing Customer Service Experience!!!
I recently visited Van Schaik Bookshop in Rondebosch looking for assistance with a No. 18 Green Number Sense book but unfortunately I was disappointed with the service I received. I did not have the ISBN number and instead of trying to assist further or offering alternative ways to search for the book, I felt dismissed. I understand that ISBN numbers make searches easier but customer service should still involve a willingness to help where possible. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unsupported as a customer. I hope the shop improves its approach to assisting customers in future.

Wrong book
I bought a book at Van schaik so the lady who was assisting gave me a wrong book which she was looking at the list of books I gave her and now I want to return it only highlighted one sentence they are refusing and the book cost R1300 where am I gonna get this huge money because of the ignorance of staff.

NEVER USE THIS ONLINE **** STORE
NEVER BUY HERE!!!! I am not sure if this is a fly by night or a ****. I ordered one book paid on the 10th of Feb and never received feedback. Then I queried got a reply that the website is down after another few days I said give me a refund as I need the book so I bought it from another reliable store. It was confirmed refund will be done on the 27th of Feb. Still to this day no refund no explanation no feedback.

Bad customer service
I placed an order online on the 9th of Feb for books that were marked "instock" and its the 11th of march I havent heard anything from them. I wrote an emil to their support center a ticket was opened and closed without any resolve or contacting me. I called the support center and I was left holding with no assistance.
