<p>I am in the process of buying a home safe. The particulars; it has to be fireproofed. The company Van Safes has the model I am looking for on their website. I am now trying to order the item for weeks and constantly there is issues with my request. Finally I received the following message:</p> <p>'We are sorry but we will not be able to help you at this time . our suppliers informed us that they are waiting for their shipment.'</p> <p>Why could they not tell me right from the get go ... </p>
