2 Days Late as arranged on half amount of rent payment. Full payment made then. They cut off you power supply. Waiting since 10:30 for their electrician to come, "they are not aware that the power was cut off...."But all the units has power in complex... No court order, no letter/notice.

FridgeSection 16 of the Rental Housing Act of 1999 states that any ******** person who disconnects the power supply is guilty of a ******** offence and is liable for a fine or imprisonment.

Regulation 12 of the Unfair Practice Regulations to the Rental Housing Act prohibits a landlord from interrupting service supply to tenants without a court order.

Unfair!!!!
