Bullying matter that happened 18September2025 to Mvelo Cele Grade7M

Is it fair for my child to be bul**** by pupils and when I call the school the secretary hungs up the call?!!I call again several times I reach the principal and he tells me why I use vulgar language of which I did not,he also dropped my call and not did he calls me back.Its cold and raining my child had no jersey since the bullies took his jersey and pens from his bag after school.Im so not happy with the principals doing not sure if he is ****** or what coz last incident he said my child is wrong and just uttered words that I didn't hear.Since grade1 my son is being bul**** at this school and he has done nothing about it,my son goes to councelling has this has affected him through his whole primary days and all the grades from grade1-7(recently)he is being bul**** at school and it is because by my point of view the school does not take bullying seriously and not sure about the schools bullying policy because I asked and no one answered me about it
