I went there to buy bread, then the lady at the till assisted me to open up a reward card however she realized that I had according to their system but I wasn't using it,it was lost then she said I must open another one and pay R10,I didn't have the energy to fight as I was in a hurry but I wasn't happy at all to pay for the reward card wherelse to some retail shop if it's lost don't pay for it..I'm a regular customer at spar Van Riebeckpark park or the one in Birchley,but today I'm very disappointed.R10 it's a lot of money in the economy we living in..😡😡
