Worst Practice by legal practitioner

One word to describe them. Malicious. They listed a judgment against me without having called or emailed me regarding the debt, they arrogantly said they've been sending communication but only to find they've been sending to an incorrect email address. Nonetheless I ask them for a settlement and request they send me how much I need to pay, now Louis is ignoring my emails, I've been asking him for the past 2 week to settle this account, I even drove to their offices and they still ignore my requests. They abuse their power and believe they are untouchable.
