What a bunch of a**holes... do not know how to reply to queries, rather send recurring bulk emails.

These guys keep hounding me for a tax fine of close to R5k, however according to SARS e-filing and my tax advisor, I owe SARS naught.

They send template emails ten days after the "date to pay to avoid legal action" and do not even bother replying to your queries. Easy money I suppose, sending out a bulk email and charging fees on the "hard work" they have done.

Pathetic.....
