Very Rude unhelpful and uninformed - Pieter Lubbe

I have received an email to pay an outstanding account with Dr van der Westhuizen which I was not even aware I had, I have received no statements nor any notification regarding an amount outstanding. Immediately after I received the email I rep**** stating my concern, as I am very sensitive to owning money and take these matters very seriously, I phoned Van Rhyn's Attorneys and spoke to Mr Pieter Lubbe, he is a very rude person, he does not give you one moment to explain what your concerns are, saying that his kids also go to this Dr, none of my business. After I told him twice that he is being rude interrupting and talking while I am trying to explain he eventually just threw the phone down in my ear. Why should I pay ANY money over if this is the kind of attitude you get, he is VERY unprofessional and I will not deal with him any further. If they want me to pay ANYTHING they should start showing respect to people that they are asking money from!! I am highly upset and will take this matter on! You would expect attorneys to be diplomatic and get all their facts together before acting, that was not the case here, he could not even give me an answer directly.
