Van Rhyns attorney fees a *******..

My doctors Account handed over to them which was a complete oversight from my side, hence not being paid was R700, legal fees for collection R800+. Charging this amount for sending emails. How is this legal??????? How do you justify to charge R7 for an email that costs nothing, R3.50 for an sms R5 for a call not answered... Total *******... They are charging interest, wonder if this is paid over to their clients...
