My medical aid did not pay a fee in 2017 and it was then my responsibility to pay the fee. I did not minf, Drs Moneith Nay Wells and Heyman requested payment but according to them they had an incorrect email address and they have been sending my account o the wrong email email address. The account goes into areas and I am now liable for both the medical account and the attorney fee for collection. I pay both the Doctors and the attorneys and now I am notified I made a 30cent short payment and I need to pay an additional R 286... This is not right. Why was this not communicated to say make payment of 3o cent instead of pushing it to another R 286? I am peeved because we pay what we need to pay and now I ma still sms's and phone calls every now and then about an outstanding amount that could have been easily fixed. I don't have money to be paying such silly things. This could have been fixed but they choose not to so they can keep collecting money and this is wrong! This was never explained to me and this could have been easily resolved
