Unprofessional, poor system and poor communication

They are very unprofessional and have a very poor system of running things. I was mistakenly handed over to them since was not owing any money.

However I have tried to explain to this lawyers that I am not owing. Since last year 2024 till this year 2025, they have not removed my name on their files. They keep on sending me reminders about the payment. They told me that they are still investigating but even now nothing is moving.

I don't recommend their service for anything since it seems like they are running a ****a shop, so unprofessional and lack of communication.
