Unprofessional and *****ulent collection

This attorneys have *****ulently received my details form Blue hills medical centre. they failed to contact me for a full year, claiming i owe them the attorney fees that i never signed for, no form have explained their process, how do you contacr someone after a year of no contact and say you owe them 1000% profit from R192 to R890? where is this lawful?
