I had a medical bill of R239,10 and these so called attorneys started saying I owe interest of R104,10 and legal cost that amount to R649,50.I have spoken and emailed their consultant several of times to understand this ludicrous amount and get no response. The email address does not work and they don’t get back to you if you ask for information. According to medical debt collection law in SA,should not be more than 2%. When I ask how they get to this amount,Louis or Neo their consultants say they will get back to me but never do. The other issue I have is their amount changes each time and I started recording the phone call because of how ********* they are.
