Terrible service but quick to demand!!!!!! how do you know what your paying for they just charge what they want is there any set limits or amounts?

<p>i have been contacted by these attorneys and was given an amount to pay in installments wich i did and i am stil paying,yet yesterday i recieve another demand from them with another amount that is even more after i have paid two installments.when you ask for a statement they ignore you and give no feedback.not only that they charge you 36+ rand for a e-mailed letter wich is absolutely crazy . see below comunication with them.</p> <p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>As per the below mail you sent me my outstanding amount owed was R900.38 I paid R200 and again R200 today so I am left with R500.38.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per your mail you sent me yesterday you say I still owe R866.29 after I paid the first R200 which means I still owe R666.29 according to you, this is incorrect and how does the amount change from the first amount you gave me even though I paid?.
