I checked my itc and found that i was handed over to van rhynes attorneys. I phoned them to settel the amount they put on my itc which is R1741.90 i spoke to an lindiwe she was so rude an unprofessional i said i need the banking details to pay the amount she advised that i need to pay R3591.52. Which when i asked she said that it is legal fees and intrest an phone calls made she sent me a balance sheet. By viewing the sheet i have to pay for each sms sent cost at R3.50 to send the sms and by cost of sms R9.00 which when questioned she could not answer.

Then i get charged for every email and phone call sent and made.

The phone calls are an automated system when answered there is no one speaking just a beeb sound.

I asked the lindiwe this and she said that it is an automated system but does not want to put it on email byt i have to pay for these **** calls i told her i will pay the amount listed to my itc she laughed and said that i can pay but this will she will not give me my settlement letter and i will be still listed. These are ******** and agree they dont phone you untill your bill is over R3500
