Quick to blacklist a person - but no assistance in removing your name

I was informed that there is a judgment on my name (Medical account) , firstly I contacted the Surgeon's rooms and they could not find anything but gave me Van Rhyn's attorneys contact details. I contacted them, thereafter emailed them for bank information and requested a discounted amount. When I eventually received it, I paid the same day. Still could not get any credit as a judgment still reflected. They ensured me that there is no judgment - the bank then gave me a printout which I emailed to them. Only then - they realized it was an account from 2013 and I had to pay again, the same day. I am still battling to get this removed from my name. They are very quick to black list you, but they only send an email requesting the removal and refuse to assist, follow up or phone Transunion to remove the judgment. I paid what I had to pay, at first they confirmed that there were only 2 Dr's accounts - they could not pick up the other account on their system. I phone daily for an update and all they can say is that it is out of their hands.
