PATHETIC SERVICES
I have settled my account in December 2023 with Netcare. Everytime these attorneys are contacting me to settle my account. You people could have contacted Netcare as the amount is settled. Why can't you do your'lls jobs properly. So many sms's with different balances. Kindly stop contacting me.

13 Oct 2024, 15:19Louis does not ever respond I have only 1 account owing which is currently being paid but they insist I have 2 outstanding amounts. Everything was sent to Louis from ER Consulting. Even Jessica got the statement for September 2023 and there is outstanding balance. Louis is very fast to send an email I'm handed over to the credit bureau. Louis needs to check before causing unnecessary problems should have a decency to read the emails.
