Horrible service at this attorneys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst expeirences I have encountered with them. I paid money into their account wrongfully, I was suppose to pay my children's school fees, I have an arrangement with them on a account for a dentist of R150 per month. I wrongfully paid R2500.00 into their account with is even more than the outstanding amount that was owed to them after I also paid the aggreed R150 to them.

As a attorneys company they did not ask if this amount was correct as it is more than was owed to them, they just paid it over to their client.

Now they will only refund me the balance between the outstanding account and the balance I paid. After speaking to them and informing them its my children's school fees, they just don't feel anything.

This is totally unexceptable, they didn't even let me know there was a balance due to me.

Just shows you.

This is really disgusting service from them and showing no compassion at all.

I have to make arrangements with my school now after just being put off with "NO WE CANT REFUND YOU SORRY"

May this never happen to anyone there.

you really need to find out what agreement means especially if you pay in way more than the balance of the account.
