Getting ITC listed but innocent

Time for Christmas bonuses so we just hand over people to ITC.

It has been 5 months of me trying to get hold of Louise. The only person sending emails. Footer of the email has her number her email every thing but when you call or email that's to no avail. I have to phone In and be put through to a call center where you here the person next to the consultant talking. I have been listed on ITC now for 3 accounts. Medi Clinic Sandton ( yes I mention their name because they actually take people into consideration) where I contacted their accountant and I have not been handed over AND they don't even use you guys. Mt medi Clinic accounts are paid up. I have the proof. Then ER consulting where they did not have my email or my contact number for 8 months where I had no knowledge of any outstanding accounts. Where this was sorted out in August this year and I have been paying all accounts. A account from January was only advised to me last week. Yes they dropped the ball here but the consultant apologized and I made a payment arrangement. Now you supposing a good company has dropped more then the ball. I have emailed I have called I have told an innocent consultant I will take steps against her for not doing her job. Not here fault at all. Louise has not attempted to call or reply on a email. And in all her mails she states to call her to make arrangements. Being a attorney or just a consultant their still does not give you the right to completely ignore a reply after you say "please contact me". I will not pay a cent towards a company that can't even do their jobs. I made my arrangement towards ER Consultanting. Making me out as the person trying to skip payments and hiding away from it. Hopefully the right people read this review to see that their staff is more focused on making money then the impact it can have on them and the company for Listing an innocent person on ITC
