Forced agreement

I got an email saying we spoke and concluded payment arrangements for my sister's account, I asked for the call recording and email where I'm agreeing to make payment but still today no response. They know very well we did not make any arrangements. I told them that ER Consulting Inc needs to resubmit the account to medical aid with auth so medical aid can pay as auth was approved. I even sent them the auth number but still nothing. This is harassment and I'm definitely reporting this to the financial credit bureau. People don't want to do what they employed to do but too quick to hand over accounts. This is nonsense
