Double charged with no communication account paid up

An account that was owing 576 was handed over to the attorneys last week Friday .Today I received SMS with 1136 double charge in a week .No call was made from attorneys when I asked the Lethabo Mo***eng he is saying they got it like that but I received email from The Dr with amount R576 which I fully paid today
