Consultants not following correct protocols
After talking to Mornay today i spoke to Thea explaining the same thing. Tbe hospital did not send us any bill or communication about what we owe we called the hospital and we even went there we s didn't receive a bill. Instead the collectors keep on calling us even though we told them to send this file back to the hospital for the correct procedure to be follow they never sent the file back. We are now considering taking this matter further if not sorted im 48 hours.

23 Feb 2021, 17:19Matter Number: 312978.You guys are avoiding the merits because you just want people to pay. After my email again today i received another threat that i must pay. I will only pay what i own not extra charges. I am still awaiting the original invoice of R750 which i never received.
