Account

<p>I have an account that has been handed over to the attorneys VR attorneys by Dr Monteith's practice. An account that I did not know about until legal action threads surfaced from the lawyers - I went to netcare and paid R1121 (R800 initially and then R321 later after being discharges) for staying in their ER for less than 30 min - okay that is besides the point, I was not told that there is another account that I had of R800 to the Drs. I had no knowlegde of the account, never seen the account statement or anything prior to that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward, I got a balance letter of R1500 odd from the lawyers and felt, how unfair to pay such an amount for not knowing about the other account. I paid R800 and then I was told there's more that is outstanding. I ignored - like I said, "how unfair that I pay for something I had no prior knowledge about" and I told them I cannot afford that much R1500. I got an SMS shortly after that I qualify for a discount on the R700 that was still owing. I then made a payment of R350. TODAY! I get a call saying R400 odd is still owing. LIKE what kind of mediocre is this, then you speak to the consultants who just hang up on your ear without even explaining!</p>
