Unpleasant

Using the shuttle service from Port Elizabeth to Grahamstown was a horrific experience. The driver who did not help load the luggage complained when one of the members of the group had to use the lavatory because he did not want to pay for parking.

The journey to Grahamstown was bumpy, he driver drove over the speed limit and overtook cars on dangerous bends.

The return trip: the driver was late. The trip was another high speed, fast breaking ordeal characterized by the punishing of other drivers into the yellow lane. I would not recommend this shuttle service to anybody. Speed seems to override the need for safety, interactions with one specific driver was highly unprofessional.
