Poor service - unprofessional

We hired a lux bus for two transfers. The day of the 1st transfer the AC was not working, we reported it and were promised that the AC would be fixed when the bus came to collect us. <br> The day the bus came to collect us it was late (despite us having contacted the office asking the bus to come early as we were heading to the airport) the AC was still not working, and a piece of wood fell off the luggage storage area onto someones head. <br> Totally unprofessional service - I suggest not using this company if you are looking for quality or service. They expect up front payment, yet I had to follow up 3 times to check that they had received payment.
