Extremely poor service - in fact no service at all - they didn't arrive to do my transfer!

The WORST experience. Do not rely on this company for a seamless transport solution! Their drivers were late for the pickup so my travellers tranported themselves to the party. Despite trying to resolve with Gerard ***ner), he has not even had the courtesy of responding with an apology or a refund.

One driver was very polite and apologetic, the other extremely rude and condescending in front of my guests - very unprofessional.
