Excellent Customer Service

I booked for an eye test and I got a date, but I could not attend that day as I was out of town. I called on that day that I won't be able to make it in time and asked them to postpone it to the next day, but were fully booked. But, Hloni asked me to hold whilst he checks if it will be possible to place me in between the already booked times. He found a space, and when he did; I asked him to also book in for my husband. And he did. We went there, and we received the best service ever from Hloni and the Optometrist.
