Bad Service

Van Rensburg Engineering & Bosch Service has one of the worst service I have ever experience. I brought my car (BMW 320i) with squeaking sound at rear suspension problem and was quoted R8 500. I paid it in full during collection. My car has been in and out of there ( 4 times) and they have kept my car for a total of at least 3 weeks without fixing it. I once fetched my car out of sheer frustration and it was not fully fixed and then the following week he requested for me to bring it back and it will take a week for him to fully fix it. My car still making noise (squeaking sound) at the rear suspension. They don’t update or call the clients and every time I called they ask for my cell number. They always say we will call you back either afternoon or tomorrow. I am desperate for my car to be properly fixed and they do not seem to care. Til now my car not yet fixed
