Hi Leanie, Just would like to let you know and this is not about getting a bottle or a couple of bottles of Es La Vida that you said would be sent but about bad service. I have heard nothing from Elaine asking for my details to send the complimentary wine that you asked her to do. I did however send her my details to save her the trouble of asking me for my details but received no response or acknowledgement that she had received my email which was sent to the winehub address. I am now reluctant to recommend Es La Vida or any other wines of Van *****ns to my friends who have bottle stores and restaurants of which some of them are owners of major chain stores such as Liquor City and Ultra Liquor as I am worried as to what service they are likely to receive. I have since delayed placing an order online as I was worried the service from the online delivery would not be good. So I have now found a similar Bonnievale wine called Dusk which is not up to the standard of Es La Vida but I have no difficulty in getting. I will be in contact with your rep Corinne in the new year as I would still like to purchase some Es La Vida hopefully the service from her will be good. I will be placing an order for 4 cases of Es La Vida first week of December. Once again thank you. This was the last email sent to Leanie but what I didn't state was the Elaine said she was still going to send me the complimentary wine. But as of today I have not received any complimentry wine which is now about the wine and not the service. Therefore I will now not be placing an order for the four cases of Es La Vida and I don't want an excuse that she was waiting for me to place the order before sending me the complimentary bottles as there is no relevance between the two. I see there are two other complaints about delivery on Hellopeter and therefore I am glad I did not place an order for the four cases. Hope you can resolve your service issues.
