Bad Service!

I waited in the queue at the chemist for 35 minutes due to only one of the three people behind the counter being able to provide assistance. There is no excuse for a lack of capacity - capacity planning is one of the first business management principles! Having sufficient chemists is quite inportant, as sick people (especially) ideally do not want to wait in a queue. <br> <br> You will never see me again.
