bad attitude staff shortage wrong medication

With a bad attitude I have been ordered to move away from the counter because she was busy. I then app**** that I did not know that because we wouldnt know that and it will be a good idea to be at least more friendly. The lady rep**** that she is the only one on duty. I felt disrespected, and that I was spoken down to because of their shortage of professional staff and then worst of all is when it came to giving me my prescribtion medicine they did not have it on stock but gave me a different generic one.
