house purchase

<p>My husband an i was trying to buy a house.the bank approved the bond and we had to see the bond and the transfer lawyers.so we paid both lawyers the amount they charged us.the seller chose her own lawyer to do the transfer.then after paying her lawyer and we went to sign paper 4 weeks later her lawyer said he cant continue with the transfer bcos the is a will that states the seller and her brother must all agree to sell the house and the brothers are refusing to sell the house so we must bring our bank statement so that they can pay us back the money that we paid .the bond was cancelled.Now they dont want to pay us back the money they were even threatening us sayin that they gonna sue us if we dont buy the house cos the ll sort out the problem now they been quiet for 1yr 2 months.</p>
