<p>I was handed over to van heerden and partners for a doctors account. As i am in the the process of trying to purchase a house i paid van heerden and partners as it was reflecting negatively on my name at transunion. Anyway it bothered me so i contacted van heerden and partners to query the account all they told me was was that I had to contact Dr Marais which i did. Dr Maria's offices were very helpful and understanding. The account was a doctor's bill for my ex-husband. He was actually responsible for the account and Dr marais office then sent a email to van heerden and partners instructing them to claim the money from my ex-husband. i had used my childrens school fees to pay the account. I then phoned van heerden and partners to find out if they were going to refund me. By this time it came to light that van heerden and partners had already made payment arrangements with my ex-husband. (They would then be receiving a double payment for one account.) All i wanted was for them to say if they were to refund me or not.....a simple yes or no. i was transferred to a woman by the name of Domicia or something like that. All she had to do was give me a yes or no answer and then explain whatever she felt she needed to explain. Unfortunately this woman resorted to treating me like a child. All of a sudden she screamed at the top of her voice at me....and Im not exaggerating. She was on speaker at the time and my family and friends heard the way this woman was going on. My friend eventually put the phone down as she couldn't believe that this woman was reacting in such an unprofessional way. Very very unprofessional. Well i still dont know if i will be refunded!!!</p>
