Terrible food, terrible management

Our food came at different times, our waiter came to the table about twice the whole meal, the toasted sandwiches were not toasted half the food consisted of a green pepper salad and our cutlery came 10 minutes after our food. The manager knew about the problems and not once came to apologize, we had to call him 3 times before he came to the table to address the problems we were having. All round this was one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had.
