Van Eeden Properties

Our rental house was sold, final inspection was done without paperwork but all was good and accepted and new owners moved in, 2 weeks later i have been accused from the agent Martie Van Eeden of making ******* power connections at the pool pump bund area (substandard built and does not seal against rain) which i did not do and now holding back a portion of my deposit refusing to settle my deposit balance, no defect inspection list was done when moving in and no inspection report was done when moving out, Van Eeden Properties look for all excusses not to pay back monies.
