Van Dyk Park Clinic REFUSE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Today I was extremely disappointed with the service from the employees at Van Dyk Park Clinic.

I took my son whome is 11 to the clinic because he has some sort of infection on his private area. We arrived at the clinic just after 15h00 as he went to school.

As we arrived at the reception we were greeted by a gentleman and a lady. The lady asked what the problem was and the reason for the us coming to the clinic. I then explained everything which she rep****. "You will have to come back tomorrow as you are 5 mins late and can't take anymore patients. That was strange to me because recently I took my daughter there and the nurse told me they help patients till 16h30.

So my question is are the nurses and medical professionals not there to assist the people in need? How can medical professionals refuse medical care to anyone let alone a child? What if him being refused medical assistance leads to unknown complications as he is alot of pain and discomfort as I am writing this message
