Unhappy with service delivery

I am so disappointed with the treatment one is getting from this company. Sharing attorneys as buyers and sellers is a decision I will never advise anyone to make as they is conflict of interest in how the process is handled.

We were advised to put notice on our property because the property we were purchasing would be registered in time,however a week before month end we were then told that they are unable or rather struggling to get hold of documents from COJ and we were told that we need to use the option of taking occupational rent as we would be without a place to stay.

We were then told that it would take a day to lodge as they understand the inconvenience caused (we have that on record,which was also provided in writing) however we now finding ourselves with unanswered emails . and now our biggest concern is that we raised an issue of potential data breach and no one has contacted us to give us comfort that out personal information was not compromised.
