Van der Walt Knives - Stay well clear of these guys.

<p>I purchased a custom made Bowie Knife from Gary and Charmaine Van Der Walt from their online FB Pages: SA Tactical and Van Der Walt Knives. I was requested by Charmaine to make full payment of R1800 for the knife as she was about to purchase materials that day and it would speed the process up. I reluctanly agreed to this and requested that they first send me an invoice for the work to be done and the final payment which included postage.&nbsp;</p> <p>Two weeks followed, no progress pics sent of the knife as promised. Contacted them both via whatsapp and messenger: the excuses then followed, one after the other.........&nbsp;</p> <p>To cut a long story short, it's been nearly 2.5 months since payment was made, no knife and they refuse to refund my money. Last resort, lay a charge of theft with SAPS, this was done today and I was issued with a case number. I'm hoping it doesn't take too long for these 2 shady characters to be picked up and charged.</p>
