NO REFUND

Went to the dentist on 16 July, the receptionist argued with me when I wanted to pay and overcharged me at the end. I asked for a refund and she said I can keep the credit for when I came there again. I just left the arguing and left. beginning of October I phoned to get the refund because I am not going to use them again. I have phoned numerous times to get my money back and every time she said that she will get back to me. it's the 27th and I'm still waiting for someone to get \back"to me! this is unacceptable and unprofessional. They were very eager to take the money"
