Bad service

I've been residing at Stellendale Village under Van Derby Merwe properties I cannot begin to stress out the incompetence from the agent. On outgoing inspection I did the inspection with Joyce Mouton who was satisfied about the condition of the apartment but to my surprise my deposit was 3500 instead of 6700 so she charged me 3200 for things I'm not responsible for I've communicated with the agent but she seems to be undermining my intelligence I've even spoke to one of of the managers who assured me the matter will be resolved and I'll get response asap I'm still waiting till today. I've never missed a months rent with these people but my life in that apartment was ****ndous.
