On water testing services (our experience) For transparency, we attempted to use Johan van der Kooy for testing, https://vdkwater.co.za/ . Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating and unreliable. It took days of repeated follow-ups and pushing just to get basic testing done, with lots of vague assurances and a very casual “ja boet” type attitude rather than urgency or professionalism. Given the seriousness of water contamination and health risks, this lack of responsiveness and follow-through was not acceptable for us. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend using a different, more responsive water testing service, especially if health concerns are involved. When it comes to water safety, delays and casual handling can have real consequences.
