Bad Lawyer firm

Very unhappy and disappointed in this company Van Der Elst they help you with RAF matter then as the case is closed, they get payment from RAF and then tell you nothing. I have been running around finding out whats happening with payment till now.The time i phoned them to find out i was told no i have to pay them for their fees and the doctor fee once that's done i will get left over payment then i have to wait for second payment from RAF. Well i have done me homework and i got proof of payment from RAF they have done 2 payments to this company and the second payment was done on the 4 Feb 2022 case is now closed with RAF. I phone this company with don't call us we will call you or they very busy with the payments they have 1000s of payment to do. They will call you back just leave your number,with no call back. I have now called them 28 Feb 2022 with an excuse that it take time for payment to come from RAF. So its now 24 days til date waiting for me payment. I would suggest no one to get this company to help you as you wont get payed your RAF or get any answers from them once they help you it seems that they run away with your money.
