I have used van den Berg Inc twice to obtain the necessary documents for a study visa for the Czech Republic and Alta went way way above and beyond in both situations. In the second case, due to my error, Alta had to work under extreme time pressure and was excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of the documentation, eventually hand delivering the documents to me on time, despite strikes, illness, loadshedding and every other obstacle that could possibly have been thrown in her way.
