Photographer Bad Experience

We hired "Van Buuren Photography" previously "Pandoras Box"and now "Lenzation Studios" to capture the most important day of our daughter's life which was on the 6th October 2018. We opted for the Platinum Wedding package which included an engagement shoot and makeup, personalized wedding website, digital/video save the date or invitation, 12 hours wedding day coverage (Photography and Video coverage), all photos professionally retouched, full feature wedding film including guest messages and short highlights film for social media sharing, designer coffee table photo book and free bridal Bodoir session and also a photo corner setup to capture moments during the reception. Sounds unbelievably awesome but guess what, no wedding photos, no video, no photo book and no original engagement photos . After numerous requests for the engagement photos we were sent a link but could not print any of these photos as they were of bad quality when we did. There was also a short highlight film and a few photos for her own advertising convenience on their Facebook page which again could not be printed. Please note that we paid the full amount upfront in good faith. We have sent countless messages and emails, and when and if we get a response, they are all empty unfulfilled promises. These people are actively working, doing weddings, engagement shoots etc as we can see on their Facebook page. We believe this is a breach of contract and are definitely seeking legal advice. We would just like to spare this awful experience with other brides. Please be careful when hiring this company for your special day as you might regret it, they are definately unprofessional .
