Useless and Rude Manager

I Spoke to Henny (manager) last week 7/03/2016 he told me he was going to look for the machine and I should call back on 15/03/2016 but ass usual Henny was not there I called today 16/03/2016 spoke to Suzet she told me Henny is not in n told me to hold on then all of a sudden Henny was there I spoke to him and I must say for a so called manager he is terrible he is more worried of going out to take measurements then to help clients he told me straight on the phone that he is very busy so he said speak to the boss but the boss and his son are also very busy and they are out all the times busy with aircons for other people and I was unable to speak to him...this is really becoming frustrating because the people at Van Biljoens are not doing anything about it its 4 years now. MAYBE IT IS BECAUSE OF OUR SKIN COLOUR!!!
