Unhappy Customer Again

I booked in a unit job no SR220280 portable elegance aircon on the 20th of Jan after the 1st complaint I finally collected my unit today when I got home I opened and inspected my aircon again to my dismay and disappointment my blades that I said when doing the booking was broken, was not fixed its still broken. The fins inside that moves left to right is dirty clearly its not been cleaned I booked and paid money for services. I am furious Im taking my goods in to a realable repair centre's and agent van lategan and biljoens as per my job card these things have been reported as broken on the job card but it is still not fixed. I've paid full price yet im still stuck with a broken unit because services was not rendered to my satisfaction. I will not recommend van lategan and biljoens to anyone. I want a full refund and then I will take my business elsewhere.
